Enneagram Workshops

The Enneagram is a powerful tool for self-reflection and personal development.

We offer a range of Enneagram workshops in which our trained professionals support your team in applying the lessons of the Enneagram to support their growth as humans and their effectiveness in the workplace.

Our workshops aren’t long lectures or structured sessions where a team participates passively. Rather, we utilize workshops to create a productive and energetic space that’s ideal for facilitating conversation, inviting vulnerability, and allowing each participant to reflect and ask questions. During our Enneagram workshops, we create an experience in which each participant’s contributions illuminate the Enneagram, while the Enneagram simultaneously illuminates patterns and lessons for each participant.

We recommend our Introduction to the Enneagram workshop as a starting point for most teams.  Not only does this workshop provide value as a standalone engagement, it simultaneously serves as the foundation for ongoing team development utilizing the Enneagram. 

What does our Introduction to the Enneagram workshop entail?

Our Introduction to the Enneagram workshop is typically a three-hour/half-day workshop and is best suited for groups of 5-25 participants. Due to the intensive experiential nature of this workshop, we recommend it as an offsite or in-person training, but this workshop can also be presented virtually. 

For groups over 25 participants we may recommend an additional facilitator, a longer time period, and/or break out groups to ensure the best experience. 

Prep work: Before the workshop each participant must complete the Integrative9 (IEQ9) assessment, review their results and engage with our provided resources for learning about the Enneagram system.

During our Introduction to the Enneagram workshop, your team can expect to gain a foundational knowledge of the Enneagram, including:

• Identifying the types of each team member through the Integrative9 Assessment

• Understanding what the Enneagram is, why it is unique, and how to utilize it for growth

• Identifying next steps and resources for the team to continue utilizing the Enneagram for development

After completing the Introduction to the Enneagram workshop, many teams seek to utilize the Enneagram to work better together.
