The Nine Types of Leadership: Mastering the Art of People in the 21st Century Workplace by Beatrice Chestnut
This book is our favorite for the Enneagram in a business setting. It includes information on being a manager and an employee under each type as well as specific ways to improve your working relationships.
The Enneagram for Black Liberation: Return to Who You Are Beneath the Armor You Carry by Chichi Agorom
This book is a great introduction to the Enneagram system. The journal/reflection prompts for each type are some of our favorites.
The Complete Enneagram by Beatrice Chestnut
This is the most in-depth book available. It includes the most information about subtypes.
The Enneagram in Love & Work: Understanding Your Intimate and Business Relationships by Helen Palmer
This book provides information on how each type works with each of the other types in a work environment. This can be very helpful when you and your coworkers know your type.

This website has a lot of great introductory material on the Enneagram system including short video and prompts for reflection.
The Enneagram Institute, Don Riso and Russ Hudson
This website includes information on mistyping and types in relationship with one another.
Integrative Enneagram Solutions, South African Company, creator of the iEQ9 Test
This company created the assessment that we use and their website includes some information on subtypes as well as introductory information on the Enneagram.
