Our Approach to Coaching
Our Coaching is grounded in a collaborative relationship in order to encourage personal, professional, and vocational growth.
When we begin a coaching relationship, we do so through a relational lens with the following perspectives in mind:
People are exceedingly deep. We are complex beings that are not easily reduced.
People are inherently relational beings. We live and breathe in the context of relationships.
Narratives shape our lives. When we begin to explain our life, our passion, and our challenges, we often do this by telling stories.
Our relational nature intersects with our propensity to construct narratives. This is the space in which we embody our stories. Our primary narratives become so deeply ingrained that they impact our entire person.
Thus, our coaching conversations venture deep into the internal world of the individual. These conversations take place with these questions in view:
How am I showing up to my role, relationships, and responsibilities today?
During our coaching sessions, we focus on identifying repetitive patterns, reflecting on the stories we tell ourselves and the narratives that reinforce our actions and behaviors, and identifying ways to disrupt unhealthy patterns while cultivating greater self-awareness. Because of its suitability to support all stages of individual progress, we often utilize the Enneagram as a framework to support individual and group progress throughout the coaching process.
We offer coaching for individuals, teams, and co-founders. Every member of our coaching team has a Master’s Degree in Counseling. They combine their strong therapeutic training with their experience helping individuals in the professional setting. Our coaching is particularly valuable for leaders who desire to grow interpersonally and cultivate deeper self-awareness.
