-
The best leaders are the ones who are the most self-aware—people who are deeply in touch and connected to their own strengths and blind spots. Doing the inner work means taking intentional time to pause and make space for exploring yourself even when it’s not always convenient or comfortable. It’s the most valuable work you can do.
-
Being seen and truly understood is transformative.
Most humans are doing the best they can with the resources they have available so there’s always room for empathy.
-
Warm, empathetic, not afraid to ask the hard questions, willing to challenge for the sake of understanding and growth, funny, sharp, genuinely loving.
-
Being deeply involved in someone else’s process of self-discovery and self-connection. That moment of silence where something profound is discovered between my client and I and we just have to let it sink in.
