Blayne Kelly-Rodriguez is a coach and therapist. She’s most passionate about helping leaders look inward and learn more about themselves, so they can show up as the most empowered, authentic, and creative selves with their teams.

After studying international affairs at the University of Colorado at Boulder, she was the first non-engineering hire at a prominent tech startup in the Bay Area. She has spent the last several years using her people operations know-how and coaching skills to scale a tech startup from 8 to 130+ in Silicon Valley.

Blayne spends her days leading professional development workshops, coaching from a therapeutic lens, and partnering with executives to build and scale resilient and effective teams. She specializes in working with early stage founders and companies with fewer than 150 employees. She enjoys incorporating the Enneagram into her work as a launchpad for deeper discovery, as well as DISC, StrengthsFinder and Myers-Briggs. She is also EMDR certified.

Blayne has her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary. She has completed over 4,000 hours of individual and group therapy and coaching work.

Learn More About Blayne

  • The best leaders are the ones who are the most self-aware—people who are deeply in touch and connected to their own strengths and blind spots. Doing the inner work means taking intentional time to pause and make space for exploring yourself even when it’s not always convenient or comfortable. It’s the most valuable work you can do.

  • Being seen and truly understood is transformative.

Most humans are doing the best they can with the resources they have available so there’s always room for empathy.

  • Warm, empathetic, not afraid to ask the hard questions, willing to challenge for the sake of understanding and growth, funny, sharp, genuinely loving.

  • Being deeply involved in someone else’s process of self-discovery and self-connection. That moment of silence where something profound is discovered between my client and I and we just have to let it sink in.
